His efforts to deny pregnant workers their court judgement fail
Grant Paswall’s 2023 actions show even more about the person he’s become. In 2023, the US Federal Court denied him an appeal in a case involving his father’s bankruptcy.
Litigators alleged Grant Paswall’s father attempted to transfer his million-dollar-plus home to Grant and his brother - to avoid having the asset included in the father’s bankruptcy filing.
The story behind the bankruptcy filing: Grant’s father was ordered by the court to pay 3 previous employees $6.1 million in damages for illegally terminating them — for being pregnant. The legal wrangling didn’t stop with the multi-million-dollar judgement. Grant and his brother wanted that money. After filing multiple times to keep it for themselves, they were denied two different appeals in the district and later the federal court to keep the money from the father’s house. They didn’t win, but clearly wanted the proceeds of that house for themselves instead of going to the women who were wrongfully terminated.
The trustee overseeing the bankruptcy case said that after the jury awarded money to the three women, Grant Paswall accepted the transfer of the home "with the intent to hinder, delay and defraud creditors."
Knowing that the proceeds of the house were to be included in the bankruptcy assets for those illegally fired pregnant workers, ask yourself, “What kind of person with character would fight in court to take it away from them?” The answer is the Real Grant Paswall, now supposedly building and instilling “good character” at GPS Wrestling.

Grant Paswall says: Nothing about a convicted felon-- on charges involving a battery case -- coaching kids at his club. There is no disclosure on his web site or any other customer/parent-facing information:
